ORDERING

The order proces at our webshops is very fast and simple. You can create an account where you can save your invoice and shipping information and your shopping cart. You can also view your shopping history. The webshops also feature a so-called "One Page Checkout" for which no account is required. You will receive a confirmation mail of your order and, after the initial processing, an email will follow with your invoice. After receiving your payment we will continue processing your order. Glider Pilot Shop maintains a stock supply of regularly ordered products and products that may need urgent delivery. Some products however are not kept in stock so that we can assure our customers that the purchased articles are the most recent versions. Also some products have a specific lifetime or maintenance period, in these cases Glider Pilot Shop also keeps a limited stock. Therefor a delivery-time may be applicable. Delivery times normaly are 30 days maximum. Delivery-times are depending on the type of product, the speed of processing of our suppliers, the season, customs and shipping delays. As a result the delivery-times are hard to predict, but we will provide a realistic estimate at all times.

PAYMENTS

We prefer to receive payments by bank transfer (SEPA). All required information for bank transfers is mentioned on our invoices. Costs for bank transfers (non-SEPA) will not be accepted, shared or compensated by Glider Pilot Shop. Various other payment methods are facilitated by our webshops (payment fee applicable), including: iDeal (0,35 euro), PayPal (3%), Visa/Mastercard (3%), Carte Bleue (3%), Mister Cash (2%), Giropay (2%) and MyBank (2%). The prices on the websites include 9% or 21% Dutch value added tax (VAT).

INTRA-COMMUNITY ACQUISITIONS

For companies registered in the EU (outside the Netherlands) we can create invoices without VAT according to the tax rules and procedures for intra-community acquisitions (official company data including a valid VAT-number are required). More info about VAT in Europe here.

SHIPPING

No rights can be derived from the shipping methods, shipping costs and shipping times shown or offered on this website.


  • Glider Pilot Shop reserves the right to deviate from the offered shipping methods, shipping costs and shipping times.
  • For orders with a value of more than 500,00 euro shipping is free of charge within the Benelux, France and Germany (not applicable in combination with specials or promotional offers).
  • Shipping rates are automatically generated by an up-to-date database.
  • Standard delivery times are not guaranteed: for shipments within The Netherlands the standard delivery time is two days. Express shipments are available on request.
  • Standard delivery times are not guaranteed: for shipments within Europe (outside The Netherlands and not including remote regions and remote islands) the standard delivery time is two to five days. Express shipments are available on request.
  • The possibility to pick up your order is available, for which no shipping fee will be applied of course. Pickup location and pick up time will be determined in consultation.
  • Shipping costs include Dutch VAT.
  • Shipping usually takes place with GLS, PostNL, DPD, DHL or UPS.
